Standard delivery is free on all orders to UK addresses – no minimum spend.

Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or BFPO addresses at this time. Express delivery is not currently available.
Delivery times
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Made-to-order items such as garden sheds may take longer – the expected lead time is shown on the product page and confirmed by email. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Large and heavy items
Large items such as ride-on mowers and garden sheds are delivered by pallet or two-person courier. The courier may contact you by phone or email to book a delivery slot, so please enter a mobile number at checkout. Pallet deliveries are usually made kerbside; please check the delivery before signing.
VAT and customs
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Any taxes due are shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery address
Your order is delivered to the address you enter at checkout. Please double-check your house number, flat number and postcode. If you notice a mistake, contact us straight away at support@euroarabin.shop.
Damaged or missing parcels
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at support@euroarabin.shop as soon as possible. See Damaged Items & Guarantee.
