Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Email us at support@euroarabin.shop with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched yet, we will cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Cancelling after dispatch – your 14-day right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, starting the day after you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving a reason. Once your order has been dispatched, please follow our Returns & Refunds policy. To cancel, simply tell us clearly – by email, through Start a Return, or using the optional Return Request Form.
Cancellations by us
We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if a price was listed incorrectly, or if we suspect fraud. In that case you will receive a full refund.
Refunds
Refunds for cancelled orders are made to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not charge cancellation fees.
